Do you perform HVAC repairs or replacements?
No. Phoenix Portable AC is a temporary equipment rental service, not an HVAC contractor. We provide portable cooling while your own HVAC company or maintenance team handles diagnosis, repair, or replacement.
Do you offer volume or recurring pricing for multiple properties?
Standard pricing applies to each rental — $99 to start, then $50 per additional day. If you expect recurring or multi-property needs, tell us in the form below and we can discuss it directly.
Can you guarantee same-day delivery for business accounts?
Same-day delivery may be available depending on current schedule and equipment, the same as our standard service. It is not guaranteed and is always confirmed before payment.
Do you handle insurance claims or coverage?
No. We are not an insurance provider and do not process or guarantee insurance claims. We can provide a standard rental receipt for your own records.
Can a property manager or landlord request a rental on behalf of a tenant?
Yes. The requesting party is responsible for coordinating property access and confirming delivery details with the occupant.
